All fees for BrightMindIQ services are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined below. This includes fees for well-being assessments, data analysis, and other related services provided by BrightMindIQ.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from using our service, and we are unable to resolve it in a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Service Not Delivered: If you purchase a well-being assessment, data analysis, or another service, and we fail to deliver the service as promised within the stated time frame, you may request a refund for that specific service.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for users who change their mind after purchasing services or for unused portions of services.

  • Cancellation of Services: If you cancel your service after it has begun, you will not be refunded for the remaining portion of the service.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • A detailed description of the issue you experienced or the reason for your refund request
